Lose cops faster in Vice City: don't just outrun them — duck into a multi-exit garage (South Beach Convention Center, Aventura Mall, Star Island marina) and SWITCH vehicles before exiting through a different ramp. Wanted stars decay nearly twice as fast once you've broken line of sight AND changed cars. Pro move: pick a stolen civilian sedan, not a sports car — you can sometimes drive right past patrol units at the perimeter without re-triggering the chase. Saves ammo, saves health, every time.
